Product Description
Physical character: Made by ROTOCURE vulcanizing press or vulcanizing press with Thailand high quality natural rubber(NR) in China rubber sheet manufacturer. The natural rubber is from the natural rubber tree with middling hardness and high tensile strength, high elongation, good abrasion resistance, elasticity, safety and non-toxicity without smell. The pure natural rubber sheet is called gum rubber sheet or PARA rubber sheet in some country. 1-6mm thickness is made by ROTOCURE with shiny surface, 7-80mm thickness is made by vulcanizing press. it is used for the higher pressure, wearing resistant, food grade lining status at the temperature of -35° C - +85° C in air or water
Our Tan Shotblast Rubber has a very high abrasion resistance and elasticity, being classed as a ‘Para-Natural’ or Pure Gum. Made from natural Latex. It is used as Rubber Lining in shotblast equipments.
The inside walls of the blastroom are protected by loosely fitted 3mm or other thickness shotblast quality rubber sheeting. This gives protection to the steel wall panels and also takes the full impact of the flying grit allowing it to slowly fall to the floor. The rubber is hung on suitable brackets for easy replacement.
TAN color and Black color Shotblast Rubber Sheeting is an extremely durable rubber sheeting, black shotblast is commonly used for chute linings, shot blast cabinet lining and blade scrapers.
Shore Hardness: 50° +/- 5°. 40 shore +/-5
Temperature: -30°C to +80°C.
